Sexual problems-erection and other sexual disorder
It is difficult to define premature ejaculation(PE or PME).Premature ejaclation is release of semen before the desired time of sexual activity giving rise to “patient distress or interpersonal difficulty’,(DSM IV).
The International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM) reviewed the current medical literature and arrive at a functional definition for lifelong PE(2007)
A panelof expert defined PE as having three components:
(1) ejaculation that always or nearly always occurs before or within about 1 minute of vaginal penetration,
(2) the inability to delay ejaculation on all or nearly all vaginal penetrations, and
(3) negative personal consequences such as distress, bother, frustration, and/or the avoidance of sexual intimacy.
Waldinger (2007)categorize PE into four subtypes:
Lifelong:never been able to control or delay ejaculation
Acquired:was able to control or delay ejaculation in past but unable to do so now
natural variable PE:Sometimes unable to control or delay ejaculation but most of the times normal
premature-like ejaculatory dysfunction:other disorders are causing PE/PME
The self-reported time taken for an average man to ejaculate varied greatly from 7 to 14 minutes (Montorsi, 2005).
You will asked about your medical history and a physical examination done.Treatment includes behaviral therapy and oral medication.

A sufficently regid penis is needed for penetrative sexual activity.Poor firmness of penis further medical evaluation .
INABILITY TO MAINTAINE FIRMNESS OF PENIS:
The penis is hard for a short duration. Before vaginal penetration or soon after vaginal penetration it becomes soft and flacid
CONCERNS ABOUT SIZE AND THICKNESS OF PENIS:
